The existing 10'x15' utility easement is proposed to be extended to an 18' x 20' utility easement. During construction, the Contractor removed the existing blow -off assembly and installed 6 linear feet of ductile iron water main with an 8" x 2" tapping saddle and 2" gate valve for a 1.5" irrigation meter assembly, an 8" x 1" tapping saddle and 1" corp stop for a 1" domestic meter assembly, and an 8" gate valve with a 2' blow -off. The City will own this easement. Issue: Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners accept the Utility Easement as provided by Ocoee Corners Development? Recommendations: Staff recommends the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the Utility Easement for the Ocoee Corners development. Attachments: 1.
