Lakewood Ave and Sable Run Way. The subject easement is located in the Ocoee Village Center PD, between the newly constructed roundabout and Pond (Tract D-1). The sidewalk had to be shifted two (2) feet out of the right of way during installation and onto the Ocoee Village Center Common area property, therefore creating the need to provide an easement for public access. Issue: Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners accept the Sidewalk Easement as provided by Ocoee Village Center Development? Recommendations: Staff recommends the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the Sidewalk Easement for the Ocoee Village Center development Attachments: 1.
