(Development Engineer Keaton) Background Summary: As part of the Ocoee Village Center Southeast Commercial 7-Eleven project, potable and reclaimed water services were installed to provide domestic and irrigation services for the project. Additionally, a public fire hydrant was installed to provide fire protection for the project. As a condition of the Small-Scale Site Plan approval, the Developer agreed to provide utility easements for the public portion of the utility services, allowing the City to operate and maintain its public utilities. See the attached utility easement document. Issue: Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners accept the Utility Easement as provided by DKC Ocoee Village Center SE, LLC for the 7-Eleven (Southeast Commercial at Ocoee Village Center)? Recommendations: Staff recommends the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners accept and authorize the Mayor to execute the Utility Easement with DKC Ocoee Village Center SE, LLC for the 7-Eleven (Southeast Commercial at Ocoee Village Center) Development.
