Subject: Approval of Utility Easement Agreements for Rewis Street Properties. (Project
Manager Tomlinson)
Background Summary:
The City of Ocoee’s Lakewood/Rewis Water Main Replacement project is an ARPA project currently
underway. During construction of the watermain on Rewis Street, unforeseen circumstances required that the

by the realignment. The easements allow the City to maintain the newly constructed watermain in this area.
The properties and easements are shown in the attached revised Construction Plans.

Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners approve the Utility Easement Agreements for 252

Agreements for 252 Rewis Street, 302 Rewis Street, and 306 Rewis Street.
