(Project Manager Tomlinson) Background Summary: The City of Ocoee’s Lakewood/Rewis Water Main Replacement project is an ARPA project currently underway. During construction of the watermain on Rewis Street, unforeseen circumstances required that the watermain be realigned. Staff obtained utility easements from the owners of the three (3) properties affected by the realignment. The easements allow the City to maintain the newly constructed watermain in this area. The properties and easements are shown in the attached revised Construction Plans. Issue: Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners approve the Utility Easement Agreements for 252 Rewis Street, 302 Rewis Street, and 306 Rewis Street? Recommendations: Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners approve the Utility Easement Agreements for 252 Rewis Street, 302 Rewis Street, and 306 Rewis Street.
