Participants will: • Learn the meaning and origins of implicit bias. • Have an opportunity to explore how implicit bias shows up in their work or lives • Learn strategies to address implicit bias Summary- This workshop will explore some of the more common disability scenarios and situations that participants may encounter, Through a discussion of these situations, participants will learn what and why disability • exist and how the barriers can potentially be addressed based on the situation. Effective customer service, communication, and environmental modification strategies will be shared for specific disability experiences that will assist participants in course design, event planning, and
