PROVISIONALS - In accordance with FS 101.048(1), allowing the voter “the right to present written evidence supporting his or her eligibility to vote to the Supervisor of Elections by not later than 5 p.m. on the second day following the election,” provisional ballots will be opened and voted upon. These ballots must be counted using the tabulator; they may NOT be hand counted. 2. VOTE-BY-MAIL RECONCILIATION – Ballots to canvass and ballot duplication process 3. BALLOT VERIFICATION FOR ALL PRECINCTS – Precinct by Precinct results verification 4. CANVASS UNSCANNED BALLOTS (IF ANY) 5. VERIFCATION OF VOTE COUNT CHANGES BY PRECINCT 6. DETERMINATION IF RECOUNT IS NEEDED – Unofficial Results POST ELECTION CERTIFICATION VOTING SYSTEM AUDIT 1. RESULTS COMPILATION - CERTIFICATION 2. RANDOM SELECTION OF PRECICT FOR MANUAL AUDIT – IF NO RECOUNT IS NEEDED a. AUDIT REPORT: Within 15 days of the Audit, the Board shall submit its report to the Department of State using the “Post Election Certification Audit Report (DS-DE 107), which shall be accompanied by a completed Precinct Summary Form (DS-DE 106) for each precinct audited. 3. SECURITY PROCEDURES: Each County Supervisor of Elections pursuant to its responsibility under Section 101.015 F.S. shall ensure that its security procedures include procedures relating to the security of ballots, chain of custody controls, protocols for authorized access and secure storage of ballots that may be used in a manual audit. ADJOURN PLEASE NOTE: IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES 286.0105: ANY PERSON WHO DESIRES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION AT THIS MEETING WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR THIS PURPOSE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE WHICH INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS BASED.
