Dear Rocky,
My name is Adam Martinez, and I am a current resident of the Stoneybrook West neighborhood located in
Winter Garden, FL for over 10 years, I wanted to write to you to say "thank you"!
I have had the pleasure of getting to know you for some time now - ever since you reopened the golf course after
it had been closed for years. You have only proven your dedication to this neighborhood and community by
going up and beyond a "normal" business owner.
I can always find you out on the course discussing all the ways to improve the course while taking in account the
residents who abut the course property, or picking up balls on the range, or in the clubhouse lending a hand
wherever he can. You are not shy about getting dirty performing cart barn ditties, then turning right around and
hosting a community event. You really do it all!
Thank you, Rocky, for being a hands-on business owner and focused on how you can make the community
better for all involved. From one neighbor to another — welcome to the neighborhood!

Rocky,
I am a current resident of Stoneybrook West, Winter Garden, L. I have lived here for
over 12 years. I have Lived through the shutting down of Stoneybrook West Golf Club
and the reopening of the club just over 1.5 years ago.
I have met you a few times white supporting Stoneybrook West Golf Club as both a
gotfer and a customer in the restaurant, You have done so much in just the short time
you have owned the gotf club, and I am truly appreciative.
Because of att the work and improvements you have made to bring Stoneybrook West
Golf Ctub up to a world cLass course, the value of my home has only increased. Plus, it
rea , is a beautiful-sIght when drivin,,,,, now, versus an—ikm
parcet of Land.
I truly appreciate everything you have done and continue to do. I just wanted to reach
out and pass along my congratulations on a job well done!
