Fowler called the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Hearing to order at 1:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, located at 1 North Bluford Ave, Ocoee, Florida. Summary: §51-13. - No land shall hereafter be used or occupied unless in conformity with all of the regulations herein specified for the district in which it is located. Observation: § 51-13. — Constructed a brick/paver walkway on the side of the property without the required permits 11 P a g e officer Loeffler presented the case and gave its history. He further explained that as of June 19, 2025, the property is still in non-compliance. The City asked for an Order of Compliance within 30 days, or thereafter to be fined $15.00 per day, per violation, until the property comes into compliance. Respondent AVoanda Staffney stated that when she was in the - process mfinstalling opool |n2OZO,she asked her pool company to add 3 feet off pavers to the permit. She claimed that she got permission from a City inspector who verbally told her that she can have 3 feet of pavers. She provided a drawing of the pool plan with included the pavers; however, she did claim that she has not contacted the pool company to confirm whether the pavers were a part of their approved permit.
