The City asked for an Order of Compliance and Imposing by December 05, 2025, or thereafter to be fined $10O.UOper day, per violation, until found incompliance. Member Fernandez, seconded by Member Shultz, moved that in Case #2025-03664, the respondent be Lound in violation cls cited as of October 09, 2025, and be given until December 20, 2025, to come into compliance or be fined $50.00 pe doy, per violation, until found in compliance. Member Whittle moved that in Case #2025-02368, the resnondent be found in violation as cited as of Auaust 06, 2025 and be given until December 11, 2025, to come into compliance or be fined $100.00 per doy, 12er violation, until found in compliance. Motion died to lack of second. Member Fernandez Itz moved that in Case #2025-02368, the respondent be found in violation , seconded by Member Schu as cited as of August 06, 2025, and be given until December 11, 2025 , to come into compliance or be fined $50.00 per doy, per violation, until Lound in compliance.
