CALL TO ORDER
Chair Bandur called the Code Enforcement Board regular meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of
City Hall, located at 1 N Bluford Ave, Ocoee, Florida.
INVOCATION: Member Schultz initiated the moment of silence.

Also present: Board Attorney Skip Fowler, Community Engagement Sergeant Munoz, Code Enforcement

ABSENT: Members: Vice Chair Lewis, Member Bikram and Smalldon

Summary:

Officer Loeffler presented the case and gave its history. Hefurther explained that asofNovember ZU/2025,the property
is still in non-compliance for §51-13 and §6'4. H. (6)(a)however the property is in compliance with the remaining
violations. The City asked for an Order of Compliance and Imposing by December 05, 2025, or thereafter to be fined
$10O.UOper day, per violation, until found incompliance.

found incompliance.
Member Whittle moved that in Case #2025-02368, the resnondent be found in violation as cited as of Auaust 06, 2025
and be given until December 11, 2025, to come into compliance or be fined $100.00 per doy, 12er violation, until found in
compliance. Motion died to lack of second.
Member Fernandez Itz moved that in Case #2025-02368, the respondent be found in violation
