Good Evening,
I was reviewing the comments Jesse made regarding the annexation process. I
understood that connecting to water was required, but I was not aware that wastewater
would also be required.
At this time, I would like to place the annexation process on hold and remove it from moving
forward for now. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do on my end to ensure it
does not proceed.

request, unless otherwise exempt. Additionally, under Florida Law email addresses are public records.

they are based on the zoning district, not the size of the lot.
For your rezoning from County A-1 to City R-1A, the minimum living area
square footage is 1,200 SF.
