CITY OF OCOEE CIVILITY CODE - adopted July 1, 2003.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 2003-16 adopted on July 1, 2003, the following Civility Code shall govern all
proceedings before the City of Ocoee City Commission and Boards:
1.All electronic devices, including cell phones and pagers, shall be either turned off or otherwise silenced.
2. Prolonged conversations shall be conducted outside Commission Chambers.
3. Clapping, whistling, heckling, gesturing, loud conversations, or other disruptive behavior is prohibited.
4. Only those individuals who have submitted speaker forms and who have been recognized by the Mayor
(or Chair) may address comments to the Commission (or Board).
5. Comments at public hearings shall be limited to the subject being considered by the Commission.
6. Comments at Citizens Comments shall be directed to City issues.
7.All public comments shall avoid personal attacks, abusive language, and redundancy.
8. No person attending a Commission or Board meeting is to harass, annoy or otherwise disturb any other
person in the room.
Any member of the public whose behavior is disruptive and violates the City of Ocoee Civility Code is subject to
removal from the Commission (or Board) meeting by an officer and such other action as may be appropriate.

Ocoee Community Health and Family Fair

Request: We are asking Ocoee to Partner with us for this
community initiative.
History: Deeper Life Assembly Church has served the
Ocoee community for over 25 years at 2352 AD Mims
Road ; it's Pastors are Mickey and Sharon Partap and
Founders Dr. Amar and Eutrice Rambisoon .
Mission : We want to unite families and community
members in a celebration of life's joys by bringing them
together for a fun filled connecting event with vendors,
social service agencies, medical, and emergency
organizations.
This event will be hosted by Deeper Life Assembly Church
and is scheduled for July 11, 2026, or the date can be
contingent on other Ocoee community events. The time :
10 AM -2 PM .
This initiative seeks to cater to the community's needs by
providing essential support and resources through social
service agencies.
With so many households having to spread their financial
resources in a myriad of ways this occasion will help give
them the tools and assistance to do this. By offering
these services, attendees can better navigate their
financial and personal affairs. Furthermore, Keiser
University's College of Nursing and other healthcare

vendors will provide free health screenings and support,
benefiting vulnerable groups.
This fun filled atmosphere will allow the attendees to
have a day of music, fun, eating, games and other
activities.
