Vice -Chair Lomneck called the meeting to order at 610 PM, in the Commission Chambers
City Hall. Recording Clerk Shaw called roll and determined a quorum present. I
Present: Vice -Chair Lomneck, Members Applegate, Salhab, and Graham
Absent: Chair Rainer
Also present: Commissioner Wilsen, Parks and Leisure Services Deputy Director Gaines,
Operations Manager Abdo, Concurrency and Commitment Coordinator McFarlane, and
Recording Clerk Shaw

Parks and Leisure Services Deputy Director Gaines briefly updated the Board on th

2. Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and Easter Eggstravaganza
3. Centennial Celebration
4. 4th of July Event
5. Family Recreation Day
NEW BUSINESS
1. Presentation on Lake Apopka Natural Park (Concurrency and Commitment Coordinator
McFarlane)
Concurrency and Commitment Coordinator McFarlane delivered a brief, informative
PowerPoint presentation outlining the conceptual master plan for the development of Lake
Apopka Natural Park. The presentation highlighted the timeline and major elements of the
park.
