Evidently, due to the push back from the residents, regarding the Hotel use it was not the extended stay part that the was the problem, but a hotel in general. Given this new push-back by the community, and the limited time to prepare for the Commission Meeting. We respectfully request a continuance for next Tuesday's Commission meeting in order to have a Community Meeting. I will contact you, in once we are prepared for the Community Meeting so the City can Schedule same. Please let me know if this email is acceptable for this request, or if you need a letter.
