-CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Lewis at 6:21 pm in the Commission Chambers of
City Hall located at 1 N. Bluford Avenue, Ocoee.
Member Garay led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, followed by the invocation
given by Member Meeks. Recording Clerk Decruiz performed roll call and declared quorum
present.
Present: Chair Lewis, Vice -Chair Brown, Members Garay and Meeks.
Absent: None
Also Present: Officer Gonzalez Reynoso, and Recording Clerk Decruiz
-APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes from January 22, 2026
Motion: Move to Approve the January 22, 2026, Minutes; Moved by Vice -Chair Brown,
seconded by Member Meeks. Motion carried unanimously.
-OLD BUSINESS
Financial Reports and Budgets Discussion
Officer Gonzalez Reynoso reviewed the remaining budget.
Members discussed donating to the Citizens Public Safety Academy or Teen Academy. They
tabled the discussion for the Teen Academy until the next meeting.
- NEW BUSINESS
These items were not published on the agenda and were added during the meeting.
Members discussed how to recruit more members and the possibility of attending next year's
COPS Gala.
Members discussed their plans for the upcoming Community Picnic.

Officer Gonzalez Reynoso discussed the following upcoming events; Healthy West Orange
Block Party, Neighborhood Night Out, Chick-Fil-A 5k, Community Picnic, and Senior Scam
Prevention Event.
