Good afternoon and happy Friday,
If a homeowner wants to remove their street tree in the future the HOA just needs to submit an owners
affidavit and only file a permit. No site plan is needed?

We had. Meeting and some homeowners will be replacing the trees.
Also the board would like written confirmation that the site plan will not need to be
updated and that the masonry did not have to be built by the builder.
Just in case when that road connects to fullers crossing and if someone runs into our
vinyl fence and hurts someone it won't be on us.

Following up on our phone conversation this morning (8/25/2026)
regarding the Large-scale site plan and the active code violation,
the city is in agreement that the Preserve at Crown Point HOA can
replace the 15 trees previously removed to satisfy the active code
violation case. The Development Services Department will pull the
large-scale site plan from the September 15t agenda and void the
application. The mutually agreed solution will be for the HOA to
replace the 15 previously removed trees and replace the trees in a
common area controlled by the HOA within the subdivision.
Please file an after the fact tree removal permit for
documentation and provide the city with a reasonable schedule
for replacement and the Development Services Department will
provide that to the Code Enforcement Board to satisfy the code
violation the case.
