B. CERTIFICATION OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
Planning & Zoning Commission to certify and forward to the City
Commission for review that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments
are in compliance with Florida State Statute 163 and that the in-
ternal consistency of the 1979 Ocoee Comprehensive Plan, and
particularly the Future Land Use Element, is preserved.
C. FORWARD PROPOSED PLAN AMENDMENTS TO THE STATE
1. Board of City Commisisoners to review and amend/confirm the
proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments as forwarded and certified
by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. Board of City Commissioners to make findings of fact that a
Public Hearing was held with due public notice.

3. Board of City Commissioners to direct staff to forward proposed
amendments to the State.
4. Board of City Commissioners to set the required Public Hearing
dates for 10-7-86 and 10-21-86.
