DISCUSSION/ACTION REGARDING COUNTY LAWSUITS
City Manager Ryan explained that he, Frank Kruppenbacher,
County Attorney Harry Stewart and parties involved had met
and finished an agreement subJect to the changes being
incorporated into the finished document. The developer had
agreed to two layers of one acre lots on the north edge to a
depth of 450 feet, and one acre lots around the lake, one
acre lots on the west to depth of 150 feet and on the east
one acre lots in depth. On the eastern section that Juts

the Commission to direct the City Attorney to draft an
ordinance to work towards this goal.

that it would enhance the rating with the bond company. City
Manager Ryan stated that if the Commission was so inclined
they would research what steps needed to be taken. Orlando
Utilities Commission was established by the State Legislature
but he felt we could do it by an ordinance and asked that
they direct he and the City Attorney to research the matter.
Commissioner Bateman stated he felt it was a proper solution
but wanted Mayor Ison and Commissioner Dabbs to have a chance
