Mayor Ison stated that he had met with Frank Kruppenbacher on Friday and Mr. Kruppenbacher advised that interim counsel was important. City Manager Ryan explained that there possibly could be a problem with Carriage Oaks as they were threatening to sue the City over not being able to get Certificate of Occupancies. He had been able to handle so far but that may not always be the case. Mayor Ison stated that he and City Manager Ryan had met with Egerton van den Berg of the firm of Foley, Larner, van den Berg, Gay, Burke, Wilson and Arkin.
