All matters listed under item Consent Agenda are considered to be
routine by the Board of city Commissioners and will be acted upon
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items
unless discussion is desired by any citizen or member of the
Commission, in Which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk
to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be
considered separately.

B. Special Session Commission Meeting Minutes of
(1) March 16,1989
C. Revoke Previous Approval of February 21 Minutes in Order to
Correct on Page 2, the Recorded Vote for silver Glen P.U.D.,
Concept #2 from ~ Aqainst to ~ ~; Then
Approve February 21 Minutes as Amended.
D. Approve Agreement and Authorize Mayor to Sign Contract with
First Municipal Division - Bane One Leasing Corporation for
Lease Purchase of Sludge Truck.
E. Award Low Bid for Appraisal of 3 City-Owned Parcels to
Bell & Irwin, Inc. in the amount $4,900.00.
F. Authorize Wastewater Supervisor Holland to Dispose of
Surplus Wastewater Plant Materials.
