CALL TO ORDER - MAYOR ISON 7:30 p.m. II. APPROVALS - CONSENT AGENDA All matters lrsted under item Consent Agenda are considered to. be routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by any citizen or member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately. . A. Approval of School Liaison Officer Contract B. Approval of Change Order #5 - Bowness Road C. Approval of Addendum #89-10 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services Between PEC and the City of Ocoee . III. A. PUBLIC HEARING - BUDGET 1. Briefing by City Manager Shapiro on the percentage increase in millage over the rolled-back rate necessary to fund the bUdget and the specific purpose for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased. a. Announcement by City Manager Shapiro of the re-computed proposed millage rate and the percent by which the re- computed millage rate exceeds the rolled-back rate.
