Minor The following concilmen were present: B. A. M'nor, ~. F. Whitaker C. J. Farmer and Mayor A. M. Clark. A letter from R. F. Whitaker tendering his resignation as alderman was read, mot ion was made by C. H. Flewelling and seconded by u. J. Farmer and carxied that same be accepted. Motion by 0. H. Flewelling and seconded by C. J. J!larmer and carried that J. M. Argo be elected a member of the Council to fill the unexpired term of~. F. Whmtaker. Motion waa made and oarried that Dr. Sam R.
