MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING DF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF OCOElE HELD SEPrEMBER 1ST t 1924...
Meeting was called to order by President Pro-tem, C. J.
Farmer.
The following .councilmen were present: C. J. Farmer,
E. L. Griffin, B. A. Minor and C. H. Flewelling.
The minutes of the meeting held August 21st and Augus,t
24th, 1924 were read and approved.
The following ordinances were passed by the Council.

E. L. Griffin; voting againsti Nonea
"Ordinanoe No. 18. An Ordinanoe Providing for the Disposal
of Human Exarreta wi thin the Corporate Limits of the Town of
Ocoee and declaring Open Privies to be a nuisance, and
providing for the abatement of such Nuisances. ~
"Ordinanoe No. 19. An Ordinance Regulating the Installation ., ,
of Fusing om Wi~ing Systems for Lights, Heat or Power inside
of or attached to buildings wit~in the Corporate limits of the
Town of Oooeeff

Motion by E, L. Griffin, seconded by Clyde H. Flewelling
and oarried that the street Committee arrange the proper
drainlge for water that acoumulates in front of the Marshall
Block in a rainy season.
Hoyle Pounds was present in interest of his water system,
the Ocoee Water Works. They were granted permission to install
water meters throughout the Town and to collect for the cost
of the meter with installation charges.
