OF THE TO WN 0 F DC OEE HELD
December 1st, 1924.

meeting was called to order by ~resident
of uounvi1 H. A. Minor.
~he following councilmen were present: B. A.
Minor, 1!:. L. Griffin, J. M. Atrgo and C. J, .Jj'armer.
~he minutes of the meetings held fiovember 17th ani
24th, 1924 were read and approved upon a motion by
J. M. Argo and seconded by ~. ~. Uriffin ana unanimously
carried.
~he Ulerk was instructed to place an order with ~elig Co.,
Atlanta, Ga., for 75 stevens Sanitary C8JL.S ani 50 gallons
of ~tevens Sanitary fluid.
~he President of Oouncil asked that each member of the
Council be present the following Wednesday night (December
3rd) for the purpose of reading over some 0harters of
different towns which would be helpful towards preparing
one for the ~own of Oooee.
Dr. Jensen was present representing the ucoee
Ohamper of Commerce and askeq the co-operation
of the Oounci1 with reference to providing for
a tourist Uarnp. ~reaident Minor appointed U. J.
]'armer and lV1ayor A. M. Clarke as a committee to
work wit,h the uhamber of Commerce in making arrange-
ments for the camp.
~here being no further basiness the meeting ajourned.
