The following councilmen were present: B. A. Minor, C. J. Farmer, F. H. Maguire, J. M.- Argo and C. H. Pounds. Mayor Clarke was also present. " l. \ I The minutes of the meeting held May 20th, 1925,were read and approved., Mayor Clarke read a letter from D. F. Wurst tendering is resignation as Clerk of the Town of Ocoee. A financial statement of the Town of Oooae was read by D. F. lIIt1rst, Clerk, covering the period from the time the Town was incorporated until this present date. Whereupon motion Was made by C. H. Pound a and seconded br J. M. Argo and oarried that the resignation of D. ~F. Clerll was instru.ted to issue a check in payment of the following bills upon a motion made by J. M. Argo and seconded by C. J. Farmer and unanimously Barrieda Mrs. M. F.
