J. Robertson, with the following answering roll-call: J. M. Argo and'C. F. Fain, and the following absent: L. C. Bobo and R. D. Slone. The Clerk and Marshal were present. I ~ Minutes read and approved. ~)\~ Communications: Letter and report from State Board of Health as to r f~ I last sample of City Water was read. State Board of Health advised ~ J that water was slightly contMJinated yet. Also that they would r ~ ~/j send a representative to Ocoee shortly and assist in locating the ~ 1~~ I trouble. . Fain and ~uly passed, that the Marshal read the water meters wherever he has reason to think the consumers might be running over the flat charge of $2.25 per month. Ditch near or on Rewis Property: Comrnittee reported that after in- vestagation, they considered it the duty of the property owner to open /'aid ditch. ~ ~ouncil voted to amend Ordinance No.6, by adding a section to in- clude Rec~less Driving. Vr. W. T. Bracewell, Marshal, appeared before Council with request that his salary be increased. Council decided to pass this request over unt il a fun. Council was pre sent.
