Robertson, with all members present except 1. C. Bobo. Mayor, Clerk and Marshal also present. \ Minutes read and approved. Bills, as folloVls, were read, approved and ordered paid: J. A. Underwood, gas and oil for Fire Truck, J. J. Robertson, lumber for repair of bridge, Bray Hdw. Co. sack lime--paid in cash by W. T. B. Exp. Co., charges on water box, paid in cash by W. T. B. Fla. Pub Service Co., st. Lights 12-30 to 1-30-1929 J. T. Still, hauling trash from streets, W. T. Bracewell, Marshal for Jan. 1929, J. M. Argo, Work Chase (. Co. water Connection, I day, Weeks Hdw Co., supplies as p~r bill, . Bray Hdw Co., supplies as per bill--by J. M.. .A., R. C. Bigelow, Salary $25. Committee fleported that the small ditch on Rewis Property had been opened up by other parties. "" '. Mnrshal and Fr. Argo reported that Chase & Co. now had a good sup- ply of water and meter was in working order. Voted by Council that Marshal shall collect all occupation licenses and report S~1e at next meeting of the Council. District Saniatary Officer of State Board of Health was present asking for support of Council in the enforcement of sanitary rules within the corporate limits of Ocoee. Council assured him of their full co-operation. Marshal was instructed to accompany this gentleman on a general survey of conditions and to have things put in order, ,including accumulation of trash, old cans, as we II as cle aning up of privies. After considerable discussion, Council voted to amand Ordinance No. 20, Sec. 2, to allow shingle (wood) roofs to be put on buildings anywhere in Ocoee. Clerk told to notify :\'r. Marshal instructed to fill in with dirt from side ditches a cer- tain low place near Mitchell's Filling Station. Mr. J. J.
