Minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council held Nov.2,I93I.
Meeting called to order by acting Vioe Pres at 8PM.
All members present except Robberson.
Mayor olerk and marshal present.
Minutes read and ppproved.
Mayor seports filing of answer in Federal court in Tampa
and that date for hearing will be announced later.
Motion Argo secon~ Windham raise water rate outside of City
to old rate of $2.25 per month payable in advance only.
Motion Argo second Windham that water rate for sohool use
be cut 5O~ i.e. $7.50 per month during summer or non school
months.
There being no further business the Council adjourned at 9PM.
