~~inutes of a speciaj meeting of the City Council held Nov 27,1934.
Meeting called to order by the Mayor acting as President at 7.30pm.
All memeeBs present except Robertson Windham and Sheppard arriving
late.
Yeeting called to discuss suit of Ben HUB Corp'n against City,
and to discuss methods of delinquent water collections.
~Kotion Beltz second Flewelling authorize City attorney to appear
in Federal Court in City~ behalf.
Motion Beltz second Flewelling authorize installation of water
meters at Ocoee In and Marion Park apartments.
Clerk offered letter of resignation and after discussion was
refused by council and increase of ten dollars per month given
clerk during time City was in litigation with bond holders.
