Minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council held July llth,l~
Meeting called to or er by Vice Pres at 8pm.
All members present except Robberson.Mayor absent,clerk
and marshall present.
Minutes tead and approved.
City Attorney preBent and advised Council,City could not
waive collection of interest on paving assessments.
Mr Harris also advised adjustment could not be made on
Mc Nutt Heasley 60mplaint at this time.
Motion Windham second Beltz instruct city clerk certify
all delinquent taxes to Cityy Attorney for collection,
includmng the year 1932.
