Minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council held FebI8,35.
Meeting called to order by theVPres at 8pm.
All members present except Pounds,Mayor clerk and marshal present.
Minutes read and approved.
Clerk reports projects prepared and submitted to state CWA.
Representative of the Eureka Fire Hose Co pre~ent and discussed
with Council advisability of replacing some fire equipment.
After general discussion as to needs o~ department,council
decided to purchase the following.
Motion Windham second Kerr purchase 150 ft of new chemical
hose,one 24 ft extension ladder,one 10 ft roof ladder,one
2! gal soda acid extinguisher and one 2! gal fire foam and
order was placed with Eureka representative on following
terms: one third in thirty days and balance in sixty days.
Marshal instructed to collect liquor licenses,and to continue
system of water collections.
There being no further business the Council adjourned at 9.30pm.
