Minutes of a regular meeting of the 6ity Oouncil held July 20th 1936
Meeting oalled to order by Ohairman at 8:00 P. M.
All members present, Mayor, Olerk and Marshall present.
Minutes read and approved.
Mr. Graves moved second Mr. Pounds to pay all bill, exoept that
part of old bill o;e Florida Public Servioe Oompany. __._
~. Sandstrum present to explain just what we are up against in {

tax rolls, Mr. Sandstrum volunteered in giving his services as far \
la~ he could, Oouncil agreed t~ pay Mr. Bigelow for his assistanc~
Mr. Pounds moved and second Mr. Graves to pay Mri. Seeley $2.50 in

Mr. Graves moved and second 1~. Pounds to give 1~. Brock Allen relief
of duty for the month of August without pay.
~ORTS: Clerk reposrts that the $500.00 loan with the State Bank
of ApopkB has been made for ninety days, dated July 7th. also that
the five water bonds were put ~p with the bank for security of the
loan. .
1~. Bigelow moved and seoond Mr. Pounds to reduce Mrs. Watsons property
to $2,500.00 provided all taxes were paid within thirty days.
Olerk peports that a safe oan be bought from Mr. Achord in Clermont
for $60.00, Oouncil suggested that we look around Orlando before
deciding on any oertain one.
