Minntes of a regular meeting of the City Counoil held Deoember 21st 1936
Meeting oalled to order by Vioe-Chatiman at 7:30 P. M.
All members present exoept Mr. Pounds and Mr. Reeves; Olerk present,
Mayor and Marshal absent.
Minutes read and approved.
Mr. Pounds moved and seoond Mr. ~ige1ow to pay all bills, with the
exoeption of the $10.00 monthly payments on the old Florida Publio
Servioe street light bill.
Leon Still present to sell one damp body for uity truok for $10.00
Mr. Bigelow moved and second Mr. Graves to purchase the dump body
at Mr. Stills prioe.
Reports: Olerk reports the payment of the balance due on note to the
State Bank o:f Apopka, and payment of the $100.00 to Mr. Harris for
foreolosure o:f the W. J. Minor property, and $25.00 to Mr. B. A.Cox,
as Special Master, .Also the balance due of $125.00 to Arthur Beck, :for
plans for New Oommunity Bnilding.
New Business: Mr. Bigelow moved and seoond Mr. Graves to prepare a
resolution for Mr. Allen to show water customers that water will be
out off if their bills are not paid io full by January 6th 1937.
There being no further business Mr. Graves moved and second Mr. Bigelow
to adjorn at 9:20 P. M.
