Mr. Pounds moved and second Mr. Graves to pay bills us follows
Floridn Public Setvioe pump bill $24.70
Floridn publio Servioe Counoi1 room lights $1.50
Mts. M. F. Maguire presaet to ask for reduotion on interest on paving
assessments, also nsked if she would be permitted to us e a Judgme nt.
in pnrt payment of the assessments, Council adyided Mrs. Nngulre that
they would have to investigate matter of this Judgment. Council dso
advised sa Mrs. l~guire that they would look into this matter and to
consider an adjustment m d advise her by the next regular meeting.
Miss Kathryn Sims, Trustee for the O.JX~,~~Estate nsked permission
to have house near property known as ~~8aftQ property torn down
due to its condition, this permission was granted due to the fact that
the Estate is on II tax paying basis.
Counoil appointed Mr. Murray and Mr. Pounds as a committee to contact
the offioials of the Seabo~rd ~uilroud about paying for foreclosure cost
oh lot owned by the Florida National Bank of Jacksonville formerly owned
by Richardson Marsh for the.erection of a Packing house, motion ~as mude
by Mr. Graves und second by Mr. Windham, voted and oarried.
