Minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council held June 21st 1937.

Meeting called to order by Chairman at 7:45 P. M.
All members present, Mayor Clerk an d Marshal present.
Minutes read and approved.
:Mr. Gr&ves moved and second Mr. \dndham to pat bills as follows:
C. H. Pounds ,~~l.59; E. A. Murray $1.05; Florida Public Service ~~27.85;
Railway Express Agency $1.34 and P. P. Ford $0.50~ .
Council agreed to accept charges on additional roof coating,and to
aeduct charges from invoice when time to pay.
htr. \iindham moved and second 1tt. Ford to have Oak moved and side walk
lowered in front of Old Hunter Lyon property across street from Mr C. H.
Pounds, this work to be done by those in arrears with water rent.
Mr. Windham moved and second lIr. Pord to accept ~)3500.00 from Ursa LT. :b1.
Maguire for paving,taxes and interest through the year 1936, to include
taxes and paving at Mrs. Maguires grove, paving and taxes at her home
place being lot 6 Block 2 of town of Ocoee, also the three lots, paving
and taxes, fun Block D of Marion Park Subdivision. voted and carried. -,"
Mr. Windham moved and second w~. Graves to reduce tax assessment on Lots \}I
37 and 38 of Sims Subdivision, now owned by tIre 11. C. Bryan, voted and carried.
There being no futher business, Mr. 1Mindham moved and second LIr. Pounds to
adjorn at 10:00 P. M.
