KERR Minutes of a SPECIAL meeting of the Bity Council Held August 15th 1939 Meeting called for purpose of passing Franchise for the Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Company. All Members present, Mayor and Clerk present. Mr. Graves moved and second Mr. Kerr. that the Council grant the franchise and adopt the ordinance as of this date.
