M-inutes of a regular meeting of the City Council Held September 18th 1939
Meeting called to order by Chairman at 7:30 P. M.
All present exoept Mr. Kerr and Mr. Graves, Mayor and Clerk present.
Minutes of last meeting read sad approved
Mr. Windham moved and second Mr. Ford to pay $30.00 to Apopka Bank on note;
$6.00 for four months light bill for Uouncil room. and $3.00 to lfue. Murray
for mileage.
Mr. Windham moved seoond Mr. Ford to pass up gas and oil bill as is, and
arrange "ith Mr.~L~~oi~r for gas and oil to operate one truokto complete

Mr. Windham moved and second Mr. Ford that all voters now living in the
City of Oooee who were registered voters prior to May 13th 1925, be required
,
to re-rmgister in the registration book of the vity of Oooee that was opened
for registration purposes September 6Yh 1939. If they do not re-register
they will not be entitled to a vote in the 1939 City Election in November.
Voted and carried.
There being no further business, Counoil adjorned at 8:00 P. M.
