WHEREAS, there are now pending against the Oi ty of Oeaee, Florida the follovrlng cause sa 1. U. S. of America ex rel The Brown-Orummer Invest- ment 00., Relator va. City of Ocoee, etc., et al, Respondents. U. S. District Court for Southern District of Florida, No. Z794-.T-Ci vile 2. U. S. of America ex rel W.. J. Mered! th, L. F. Rodgers and James G. Martin, Relators vs. Oity of Oooee, etc., et al, Respondents. U. S. District Oourt, Southern District of Florida, No. 2JJ7 Orlando Oivil. AND WHEREAS, the Relators in both causes have signified their Willingness to enter into a certain stlpuJAtion, copy of which 1s hereto attached, as Exhibit "A", and WHEREAS, the facts stated in said stipulation are true and correct, and 1t is deemed to the best interest of the City of Oooee and 1 ts taxpayers that said stipulation be entered inta, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Lester Harris, City At- torney of the Ci ty'of Oooee, be and he is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to enter into the said stipulation and execute t..he same as attorney of record for the Ci ty of Ocoee and its nll.l1led officials; and that upon such execution, respondents in the causes identified shall be bound thereby.
