Minutes of an adjorned meeting from May 5th 1941.
~ll members present, meeting called to order at 7:30 P. M.
Mr. Argo moved second Mr. ~ckles to try for a period of thirty (30)
days to change the present marshal from day to night duty, Beginning
May lOth to June lOth, with house from 9:00 P. M. to 5~OO A. M. on
'Sundays to Fridays. Our present marshal agreed to accept the change
on these basis. Upon a voted of the Uouncil, Mr. Argo and LIr. Eckles
voted AYE, Mr. Bryan and Minor voted Ne, to break the tie vote, Mr.
Bigelow voted in favor of the motion, the motion was carried.
Mr. ~rgo m~ved second Mr. Bryan that Clerk send school another bi~l
for water rent to May 1st and write a letter asking this be paid.
voted and carried.
Water committee reccommended that a water meter be put at B~ M. Reeves,
J. J. Robertson, Olaud Ford, Mrs. J. R. Pounds, Edmond Black and at
the 3 Murray houses.

Mr. Argo moved second Mr. Bryan to see if a man can be employed for
$9.00 per week to clean streets, to drive truck hauling cans and pump
water. Voted and carried.
There being no further bn.siness, Mr. Eckles moved second Mr. :Argo
to adjorn at 9:45 P. M.
