Mr. B. B. Cowden of the ~tate Bnard nf Health was present tC' discuss with
council the benefits of a Chlorinator, and of its installatiDn.
There were two companies, which furnished literature and prioes of
their ffillchines, Wallaoe & Tiernan Co. of Newark, Hew Jersey and
Proportioneers, Inc., of Providence,Rhode Island. After muoh disoussion
of the two rmchines and their prices. 'Mr. Argo mnde mot iC'ln to purchase
a ohl,.,rinat~r and test set from.Proportioners, ~f Providenoe, RhC'de
Island at a ~rice of 0195.00 plus freight of approximately ~4.00. The
test set at a ~rice of 08.00. to be shipped at ",nce with Bill nf Lading
and draft drawn on 'l'he State Bank of Ap~pk.a. Moti'1n was secf'nded by
Mr. Bryan, Voted and carried.
There being no further bnsiness Mr. Bryan m,.,veu to adjorn at 10:10
