Meeting called to order All Councilmen presen~. Marshal present. Minutes of last regular by Chairman Farmer at 8:30 P. M. City Attorney absent. Mayor, Clerk and meeting held May 17th were read and approved. '. The Clerk read a letter from the Feno1e Chemical Co. Mr. Argo made a motion that the letter be turned over to the City Attorney for further action. Motion was seconded by Mr. Bryan, voted and carried. A letter from the Board of County Commissioners was read by the Clerk. Mr. Bryan reported on the matter of the Trailer Camp. Lt. Vil1ahouser from the Ocoee Qamp was present and spoke in behalf of the Trailer Camp. '.orI4r. Bryan made a motion that the City Attorney be instructed to write Mr. Kessler stating that the City Council is canceling the contract of the Trailer Camp as it hasn't been kept; but if there are any reasons why it shou1d~!t be canceled for either he or his wife be present at next meeting, or as soon'as they are able, to give reasons.tOr matsbanQeling contract. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mino~ voted and carried. Mr. Argo made a motion that the $1.00 be returned to Mr. Bigelow and inform him that the Council is taking the matter up with Mr. Akerman and Mr. Kessler. Motion was seconded by Mr. Bryan, voted and carried, Mr. ~~9~~~~~t~o~~~~j~;Dve the payment of $35.00 for Lester Harri~"ana~r~:cr~~~ve~f~l ~ruck Lines for H. T. H. and charges; also to pay the following bills: Marshal salary to May 31st '30.00; Clerk salary to May 31st $35.00; Water express, Notary fee, Clerk's fare to Orlando and valve $4.24; W. C. Bishop $6.10 for gas and oil; and Florida Telephone Corp. $4.45. Motion was seconded by Mr. Bryan, voted and carried. l~ The Committee was asked to have a report at the next meeting abo~ tha water tank. The Clerk ~ead a letter from Mr. New applying for the position of water works man. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the application be tabled until such a time there is an opening then it can be taked up and discussed. Motion was seconded by Mr. Minor, voted and carried. The Clerk was instructed to write the Southern Meter and Repair Co, for prices on small and large rebuilt meters. Mr. Argo made a motion to take some action on distributing money of Road and Bridge Funds. Motion seconded by Mr. Bryan, voted and carried. Mr. Argo made a motion that $75.00 be set aside in General Fund for the street lights. Motion seconded by Mr. Mino~, voted and carried. Mr. Bryan made a motion to pa~ in full the account due Winter Garden Hardware. Motion seconded by Mr. Argo, voted and carried. Mr. Bryan made a motion to pay Mr. Akerman $15.00 for APril, May and June retainer fees. Motion secondel by Mr. Argo, voted and carried. (OVER) . e There being no further business Mr. Bryan made a motion to recess until call by Chairman. Motion seconded by Mr. Argo, voted and carried. Council recessed at 10:15 P. M.
