Minutes of a regular meeting of City Council held November 1st 1943.
Meeting called to order by Chairman Farmer at 8:15 P. M.
Councilmen Argo, Bryan,Farmer and Vfuitaker present. Councilman Minor
absent. Olerk and Marshal present.
Minutes of last regular ~eeting held October 18th and recessed
meeting of October 27th mere read and approved.
The Clerk read a letter from the Pittsburgh Equitable Meter Company
with regards to the meters ordered.

Mr. Whitaker, made a motion to pay all current bills as follows:
Marshal salary to October 31st $30.00; Clerk salary to October 3illst.
$35.00; J. M. Argo, Councilman Compensation from May I, 1942 to
October 31, 1943$22.50; W. C. Bishop $10.20 for gas, oil and repair
tire; Wa~er express and postage $1.83. Motion was seconded by Mr.
Argo, voted and carried.
Mr. Argo made a motion that the Clerk be authorized to draw up a
check on Pittsburgh Eq~itable Meter Company for meters ordered-6-~ in~
meters and l-l~' Ihn. meter. Motion was seconded by Mr. Whitaker,
voted and carried.
Mr. Starling was present to ask for permission for parking two
trailers at the Trailer Camp.
Mr. Argo made a motion to charge $2.00 per week for trailer space
with water furnished. Arrangements would have to be made with the ma~
in charge for lights. Motion was seconded py Mr. Bryan, voted and
carried.
There being no further business Mr. Bryan made a motion to recess
until 9:00 P. M. Tuesday November 2nd to canvas the votes. Motion
was seconded by lfi. Argo, voted and carried. Council recessed at
9 : 15 P. M.
