M. Councilmen Farmer, Fields, Minor, Slone and Vfuitaker present. Mayor, Clerk and Water Works Man present. Minutes of last regular meeting held November 16th, recessed meeting of November 19th and Special Meeting of November 29th were read. Mr. Minor made a motion that the menutes stand approved as read. Motion seconded by Mr. ~~itaker, voted and carried. Mr. Whitaker made a motion to pay the following bills as we get the money: C. G. Sanders, salary as Water Works Mart fromNovember 15th to noon November 20th, $9.00; Sam Oliver, salary as Water Works Man from noon November 20th to November 30th, $28.04;Clerk salary to November 30th $35.00;E. B. Brown, gas and oil, $13.10;Iserman and co.,repair c10rinator, $4.50; Bowness Service Station, rent on battery, $1.00; John Minor, Battery, $9.95; E. B. Brown, gas and oil, Water express and freight on water meters $14.29. Motion was seconded by Mr. Minor voted and aarried. J ltr. Minor made a motion that Mr. Cox be given 30 days to comply with the city Ordinance No. 20 and if he doesn't to lock the doors until t the building is completed. Motion seconded by Mr. Slone, voted and carried. The Clerk was authorized to write a letter to Mr. Cox and send tt to him by Mr. Oliver. Mr. Whitaker made a motion for la. Oliver to put pipe across the road for Mr. Richard Howard. Motion seconded by btt. Slone, voted and carried. Mr. Minor made a motion that the revenue from the Trailer Camp be reverted back to the Trailer Camp fund. Motion seconded by Mr. Whitaker, voted and carried. The Council decided to let the Insurance stand as it is and have it renewed. Mrs. Vandergrift was present to ask the Council to help keep the grounds around the honor board clean. The Clerk was authorized to get the tag for the City truck. Mary Lee Griffin was present and given authority to raise money for cleaning the streets. There being no further business Mr. Whitaker made a motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by Mr. Minor, voted and carried. Council adjourned at 9:30 P. M. Atte~li~ Clerk. 4JY-r~ I Cnairman.
