MINUTES OF A REGULAR ME~TING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD
MONDAY, JUNE 18, 1945
Present: Councilman Farmer, Fields, Slone and Whitaker.
and Mayor Calhoun.
Absent: Councilman Minor.
A quorum present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Farmer at 8:30 P. M.
and the minutes of last regular meeting held June 4, 1945 were
read and approved.
Councilman Whitaker made a motion to approve the payment of the
following bills:
(a) From Waterworks Funds:
Waterworks man's salary to June 15, 1945
Cash paid out, postage and express, charges
H. M. Bowness, gas, oil and break fluid
Roy E. Burgess, bill rendered June 9, 1945
Moore's Foundry & Machine Shop
Davis Meter Repair Company
Railway Express Agency

(b) From General Funds:
Western Union Telegraph Company

The motion to pay the aforesaid bills from funds mentioned above
was seconded by Councilman Slone, and carried by a vote of the
Counc i1. ;'")
Councilman ~hitaker made a motion that M. C. Bryan to put another
cut-off at Hudson's Station, so as to separate the station from the
house in rear of station, so that either one can have the water
supply cut off without interferring with the other. This motion was
seconded by Councilman Slone, voted upon and carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Fields mad ea motion that
the meeting b~~adjorned. This motion was seconded by Councilman Slone,
Voted upon and carried, Thereupon, the COllilCil adjorncd at 9:40 P. M.
