MINUTES OF TEE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNC IL OF TEE CITY. OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, HELD .
MONDAY, OCTOBER 7, 1946

Present: Councilmen Fields, Minor and Slone, and Mayor ca.lhoun~
Absent: Coui'Jeilmen Farmer and Wh1 taker,
A quorum present.
The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chariman Minor at 7:45 P.M.
Councilman Fields made a motion to approve the payment of the
following bills, with the exceptions of the $31.50 bill from the
First National Bank~ Chicago.
(e.) From the General Funds:

W. A. Barker, 3 days marshal service @$5.00
~ap Howell, 8 hrs reading water meters @ $1.25
W. H. Calhoun, cash paid for 30 brs labor on truck
W. H. Wurst~ Clerk's salary to 10-1.46
W. H. calhoun, 12 days pumping !la ter
W. H. Calhoun, cahs paid for 19~ hrs on garbage tk.
C. W. Stevens, Marshal salary to 10.7-46
Florida Power Corp. power 7 lights to 9-5-46
Florida Telephone Corp. to Oct. 10~ 1946
Oakland-Winter Garden Fire Fd. to Nov. 11, 1946
R. A. Kerr, service on water v pump
Burgess Press, 250 sets 1946 tax bills
Britt Farm'~ Company', 10 brs cutting weeds
Cash paid out, typewriter rent & water express

The motion to pay aforesaid bills from funds above mentioned was
seconded by Councilman Slone, carried by a vote of Council.
Council revised the City Registration Book, and ordered 20 names
removed of those who have died or otherwise disqualified them to
vote in City Election to be held November 5th 1946.

There being no further business, Councilman Fields made a motion
the. t the meeting be adj ourned. This motion was seconded by Councilman
Slone~ voted upon and carried, thereupon, the Council adJourned at
9:20 P. M.
