Present~ Counoilmen Brown, Bryan and Minor. Absent~ Counoilmen Fields and Slone, Mayor Oalhoun and City Attorney. A quorum present. The meeting was oalled to order by Chairman Bryan at 7:30 P. M. and the minutes of last regular meeting held lebruaryf3, 1947 and Special meeting held February 11, 1947 were read and approved. Councilman Minor made a motion to approve the payment of the following bills; Except that of the Florida Telephone Corp. for $6.10. (a) From aeneral ~und: A. I. Barker, oahs for hauling garbage 2-8-47 A. I. Barker, Marshal fee, Taylor and Boston cases W. H. Calhoun, Mayor's fee, Taylor and Boston cases W. H. Wurst, Olerk's fee, Taylor and Boston cases Interest & Sinking Fund, Transfer W. H. Wurst, Olerk's salary to 2-15-47 A. I. Barker, Marshal salary to 2-15-47 Bank Charge for two oheck books A. I. Barker, oash for hauling garbage 2-15-49 Cash paid out, Express oharges & typewriter ribons Rodgers and Kirkland, retainer for Jan. 1947 V. M. Hager, water pipe and labor 1. L. Asher, LaDor and Materials water lines W. H. Wurst Agenoy, for A. I. Barker Bond and reimburse for repairs on adding machine A. I. Barker, marshal fee on one case(Sulivan) W. H. Calhoun, Mayor's fee, Sullivan case W. H. The Council assured them this would be done as sooo as possible, ~ouncilman Minor was appointed to see about the neoessary piping in Orlando. There being no further business, Councilman Brown made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, This motion was seconded by Councilman Minor voted upoo and oarried, thereupon, the Counoil adjourned at 8:40 P.
