COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOD, PLORIDA, HELD

Absent: None
A quorum present.
The meeting was oalled to order by Chairman Bryan at 7:20 P. M.
and the minutes of last regular meeting of 60tober 6, 1947 was
read and approved.
Counoilman Fields made a motion to app~ove the payment of the
folloWing bills:
(a) From General ~und:
A. I. Barker, fess on six cases & $2.00 for Dootor .
W. H. Calholln, fees on six cases.
W. H. Wllrst, fees on six cases
w. H. Wllrst, Clerk's salary to 10-15-47
A. I. Barker, Marshal's salary to 10-15-47
Cash Paid Out, garbage hauling & Express water ~ept.
Florida Telephone ~orp. bill to 10ilO-47
A. I. Barker, fee on Bieh Howard case
W. B. Calhoun. fee on ~ioh Howard case
~. B. Wurst, fee on Bieh Howard oaBe~
Florida Power Corp. power & lights to 10-6-47

The motion to pay aforesaid bills from finds above mentioned was
seconded by Counoilman ~rown. voted and carried.
COllnoilman Brown made a motion the the Olerk to fllrnish Attorney
Bodgers with the necessary particulars to finish up towards the
loreclosures on property that the'1946 and 1946 taxes are not paid.
This motion was seconded by ~ouncilman Slone, voted and carried.

Attorney Rodgers discussed with the Oounoil the wa~s and means of
taking in oertain excl~sed properties,as provided by the Charter,
the Counoil instruoted Mr. Rodgers to draft necessary Ordinanoes
for that purpose.
There being no further business, Counoilman Brown made a motion that
the meeting be adjourned. This motion was seconded by COllnoilman Minor,
voted and carried, thereupon, the OOllnoil adjollrned at 9:10 P.M.
