The meetin~ was called to order by Chair~an Bryan at 7:15 P.M. and
the ainutes of the last regular of January 2, 1948 were read and
approved.
Councilman Brown made a motion to approve the pay~ent of the fo110win~
bills:
(a) Fro~ General Fund:
C. G. Sanders, marshal salary to 1-15-48
W. H. Wurst, Clerks salary to 1-15-48
Cas~ paid out, garba~e labor and express.
E. Willi,s, ~s S!1!d truck repairs
Fla. State Board of Health, express on samples
Burgess Press, 200 license forDs

C. G. Sanders, marshal salary to 2-1-48 .

The motion to pay aforesaid bills from the funds above ~entioned
was seconded b}' OonncillZlan Minor, carried by a vote of the Oouncil.
Council instructed Ol~r~ to write ~. P. Carreker, Jr., and Woodrow
Waldon, that tthe street on North end of Uuu,berland Avenue not to
be fenced or put any i~prove~ents threon, said street lyini between
their properties.
There being no further business, Oouncilman ~~ii~ins made a Elation that
the ~eetin~ be adjourned. This motion was seconded by CouncilI~n Brown
voted and carried. Thereupon, the Council adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
