flUNUTES OF THE REGULAR rJ1EETING OF 'rHE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, -FLORIDA, HELD
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 17. 1949

Present: Councilmen Asher, Bryan, Murray, Richbourg and Wiggins.
and Mayor Owens.
Absent: None
A quorum present.
The meeting was called to order by Ch~irman Bryan at 7:40 P. M. and
the minutes of the last regular meeting held February 3, 1949, were
read and approved.
Councilman Murray made a motion to approve the payment of the
following bills:
(a) General Fund:
Vi. H. Wurst, Clerk sa'lary to 2-15-49
G. W. Stephen, Marshal salary to 2-15.49
Cash paid out, 8arbage haulding $9.20, office
supplies $1i4 and-recoding deed $1.80
Rongers and Kirkland; retainer for Dec. &Jan.
M. ~. M. Welding Shop, repair water line
Arnica-Burnett Chemical & Supply Co. 100#HTH
Paul Ne\\fI!lan, 10 hrs labot on streets @.60rj.
G. W. Stephen, Labor paid for hauling cinders

The motion to pay aforesaid bills from fund above mentioned
was seconded by Councilman Richbourg, voted upon and carried.
Councilman Ashermade a motion to comply with the resolution as
read by Clerk, and have an add put in the BUND BUYER and the
Orlando Oorning Sentinel-to bond holders of the January 1, 1945
issue of refmnding bonds, and to receive~ hid for tenders on the'
7th day of' April, 1949 at 7:30 P. fll. This motion was seconded by
Councilman Wiggins, voted and carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Murray made a motion
that the meeting be adjourned. This motion was seconded. by Councilman
Wiggins,voted and carried. Thereupon, the Council adjourned at
9:00 P. M.
