The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richbourg at 7: 00 P. l-1. and the minutes of the last regular meeting held'January 5, 1950 were read and approved. Councilman Minor made a motion to pay $1,000.00 to the State Bank of Apopka to apply on the $10,000.00 note, Also to approve the payment of the following bills: (a) From General Funds: 67.50 50.00 26.17 & Council meeting 15.00 house 5.00 10.20 8.70 59.88 1,000.00 11.00 22.00 11.00 Lloyd E. Smith! marshal salary to 1-15-50 w. H. Wurst, C erk salary to 1-15-50 Cash paid out, garbage hauling Rodgers and Kirkland, conferences W. L. Birdyshaw, wiriesng at pump J. M. James, 17 h~s labor @ .bOi Richard Bodiford, l4! hrs labon @ .60i M. C. Bryan, water dept. State Bank of Apopka, apply on $10,000. note Bud Owens, mayors fee, 11 cases Lloyd E. Smith! marshal fee, 11 cases W. H. Wurst, C erks fee, 11 cases (b) Utility Tax Fund: A. E. Flick, labor on two fire trucks State -Bank, Apopka, apply on $2,000. note 20.00 104.00 A mo~ion to pay aforesaid bills from funds above mentioned was seconded by Councilman Murray, voted and carried. Councilman Murray made a motion to give J. J. Vandergrift the job to repair the water pump and wireing as per estimate at a price of $182.90, This motion was seconded by Councilman Minor, voted and carried. Councflman Bryan made a motion to let Mr. George paint the outside of City Hall building at $1.25 per hour, this motion was seconded by Councilman Minor, voted and carried. ,There being no further business, Councilman Bryan made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
