HINUTES OF THE REGULAR l\1EETING OF THE CI TY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 080EE, FLORIDA, HELD
THURSDAY, l\~RCH 2. 1950
Present: Councilmen Bryan, Ninor and Richbourg, And i'layor Owens.
Absent: Councilmen Murray and Slohe.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richbourg at 7:30 P.M.
and the minutes of last regular meeting held Frbruary 16th 1950
were read and approved.

Councilman Bryan made a motion to approve the payment of the
following bills:
(a) From General Fund:
Bank charge for check book
Lloyd E. Smithi marshal salary to 3-1-50
\Vp H. Wurst, C erk salary to 3-1-50
Richard Bodiford, 12! hrs labor @ .60~
J. ~.rI. James, 121. hrs labor @ .60~
Cash paid out, $2.00 pstage, $15.10 street labor
Florida Telephone Corp. bill to 2-10-50
Florida Power Corp. Power. and lights to 2-9-50
W. N. Creel; gas and battery repairs
VI. H. Wurst, Clerk salary to 3-15-50
Lloyd E. smith, marshal salary to 3-15-50
(b) From Utility Tax Fund:
State Bank Apopka, payment on ~2,000. note
(c) From Cigarette Tax Fund:
Winter Garden Hardware Co. bolts for water tank

A motion to pay aforesaid bills from funds above mentioned was
seaonded by Councilman Minor, voted and carried.
Councilman Bryan made.a motion for Clerk to contact ~1r. Saine to
extend 6" water line on to the School property, and ask him to attend
,mext regular Council meeting, this motion was seconded by Councilman
Minor, voted and carried.
Councilman Bryan made a motion that Clerk contact the Faulkner Company
to have them put the new roof on City Hall Building being the South
portion of the roof with a down spout for $172.00, this motion was
seconded by Councilman Mmnor, voted and carried.
Councilman Bryan made a motion that Clerk be instructed to forward notice
to bond holders to the Bond B~yer and the Orlando Sentinel for bid s for
Bond purchaseres to be heard at meeting'of April 20th at 7:30 P. ~1. This
motion was seconded by Councilman Minor, voted and carried.
Councilman Hinor was authorized to get necessary Culverts for street
near Peacock house.
There being no further business, Councilman ~linor made a motion that
the meeting be adjourned. This motion was seconded by Councilman Bryan,
voted and carried. Thereupon, the Council adjourned at 8:45 P.~1.
